Wait - didn't I just do a lime vodka? I don't do many vodkas, so they tend to stick in my mind. Hell, I still remember the Freedom vodka that I had with the Moscow mule, and I never actually did a separate review of it. However, I just did that Deep Eddy vodka, and it wasn't great. This one has even more alcohol, and that seems like it will inevitably result in an inferior product. And I'm about to find out.
The clear liquid is exactly what I expect vodka to look like. The aroma is quite astringent, but the heavy alcohol has a gentle lime that is coming through quite well. I really don't think this is going to go well at all, with the aroma being so close to nail polish, it will overwhelm that stupid lime, and I might replace my distaste for Blue Flame with this.
First sip is a vague aftertaste of lime after that alcohol hit. It's genuinely unpleasant to taste, and I'm going to stop the review. I don't deserve this.
