Well, things didn't start off great. The one that was supposed to be only kind of sweet was also kind of not great. This is, presumably, going to be an even sweeter version that has been added to lemonade. I am particularly fond of an Arnold Palmer, so I think this might hit the wheelhouse properly. As long as they can come in without that weird chemical taste that was in the last one, this should work out just fine.
This pours about the same color as the previous tea, and that's just fine with me. This is closer to the color of the regular iced tea that I would normally drink. Once again, there's no carbonation, and I thank my lucky stars for that. The aroma isn't giving me warm fuzzies. Lemons and tea are underneath what I can only describe as the smell that I would normally associate with a freshly cleaned kitchen. It's a chemical smell that shouldn't be in my beverage. I don't know why it's in this one, and I hope it doesn't dramatically affect the taste.
First sip is very similar to the previous beverage. The tea and lemon are present, and it doesn't seem to be significantly sweeter than the previous version, so that's a plus. Nevertheless, it doesn't appear to have much more lemon in it, despite the fact that it's supposed to be half lemonade. Instead, that strange overriding flavor of household cleaner soaked into cardboard box mixed with straight paper pulp is just too much for the flavors underneath the deal with. I wish I had something more positive to say about the sip, and I wish I had more confidence going into the full gulp.
Tip in is too sweet with what tastes almost like raspberries added to the cardboard-lemon-tea slurry. The middle is generally without much taste, so I get some tea leaves and some lemon above a fairly refreshing, albeit watery, sensation. The finish is tart with the strange chemical mixture added on top of tea and lemons.
