June Shine "Midnight Painkiller" Hard Kombucha

I've never had any kind of kombucha. I have had a bit of moonshine, though. I don't know what to expect with this. I assume it is kombucha with moonshine added to it, but that is entirely my assumption. Should I have picked this up (or any of the various flavors that were in the multi-pack that I picked up)? Only time will tell.

Isn't this an interesting color? It's an iridescent blue with a center that looks anywhere from sea green to an almost orange. This is like nothing I've had before. The aroma is a not particularly attractive vinegar with very little else shining through. No, I've never had kombucha before, and it's starting to show through that it may not be my style. 

First sip is enough to tell me to throw away all of the other types of this beverage that I have in the fridge and replace them with beer. Any beer would do. This is horrific. 

Bottom Line: Not my thing.
