The Kahlúa (from the freezer) is the base for this beverage. It provides the necessary dark and brooding color that a Guinness is traditionally found to have. The Bailey's provides the light tan head that Guinness also has. This pale mockery of my beloved beverage would normally receive derisive laughter, but Guinness has mocked themselves with a series of inadequate beverages, and at least Bailey's can be honestly said to be Irish. The chocolate from the Bailey's is quite significant, and the rum might be bringing out even more with an extra layer of vanilla to highlight the dark edges of chocolate. Both beverages are very sweet, so the overwhelming sense of sweetness and creaminess very handily offsets any bitterness that might come from the coffee tinge at the free ends.
Bottom Line: Just like the others, this is a very good sweet treat to complement the right meal. This one just isn't quite as good.
