It is my sincere hope that KBS has suddenly gotten good again. Alternatively, maybe the addition of spicy chocolate will cover the coffee and let the delicious beer that they once produced to come alive. The problem is that they screwed it up once, and it appears they're just going to water down the value that they built in the name KBS.
It's so brown that it's black. The head absolutely refused to come out more than you see, and the brown bubbles are just lurking ominously on top of the beer. The aroma is peppers and coffee. This review may be over before it starts. I remember that first KBS being so good, but then they ruined it with coffee. Well, if the sip follows the nose, I'm calling a halt to this.
First sip is absolutely terrible.
It's bad.
It is spicy coffee. What were they thinking?
Bottom Line: Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Beer.
