No, I didn't this one already. I even checked. I have done several orange cream beverages in the past, and many of them were creams made from moonshine. In fact, I had one from this very distillery that was called Electric Orange. I don't know that this will be different in any way, but it's got a different name. If it winds up being similar in taste, it will still get slightly above the average rating of 2.75/5. I guess were going to have to see how it turns out.
Upon first glance, this looks like the same stuff. The previous beverage's color is no more electric than this one. That's not to say it's a particularly bad shade of orange, but I don't see that this is going to be significantly different than that previous attempt. The ABV is the same, the color is the same, the texture is the same, and even the smell is the familiar moonshine hovering on top of some orange cream. No, I don't think this is going to be different, but it should go just fine. Even average beverages are still pretty good.
Whatever the mint was that I thought I smelled in the previous beverage doesn't appear to be here. As a result, the cream is mixing with orange very well, and vanilla has been added to improve things. The alcohol is present, but it's not overwhelming. The result is a beverage I think I like more than the previous one. I don't remember that mint flavor exactly, but its absence is felt, and it's for the better.
Subsequent sips reinforce the impression that things have been improved in this new version. It tastes better, it goes down smoother, and it doesn't have quite the bite on the back and that the previous model demonstrated. As a result, this is going to get a better review, and it's good to get a better rating. Also, I may recommend this to others.
Bottom Line: Pretty dreamy.
