For starters, I didn't know that this was made with tequila when I bought it. If I had known, I wouldn't have bought it. My history with tequila has been, as with many people, pretty terrible. I find it just to be an unpleasant beverage in both taste and effect. Nevertheless, I bought a multipack, so I'm going to be going through all of them. Hopefully, they'll be pretty good, despite the addition of tequila.
Well this is going to be a short description. It's clear, and it pours with a little bit of carbonation to it, but once everything is settled, it doesn't appear to have any. I don't even see points of nucleation at the bottom of it. So, there's not going to be any head, there's not going to be any lacing, and pretty much the only thing I'm going to be going off of is the aroma. That smell is predominantly tequila over lime. As I previously stated, I'm not a huge fan of tequila, so this doesn't smell great to me.
First sip is pretty terrible. The tequila brings its signature flavor, but it's heavily watered down with seltzer. On top of that, they added lime, but they didn't add enough. Yes, I know it's just supposed to be flavored seltzer, but the tequila is engendering more flavor than the lime, and the lime is supposed to be the flavor of this beverage. I'm not going to do a full swig, and I'm going to pour the rest of this out. This is been a waste of money.
