First sip is interesting, if not tremendously good. The bitterness from the hops is definitely lingering on quite a bit, but it's the mixture of grains with the oats that gives the musty sensation for the majority of the time of the beer is actually being drunk. The overall impression, then, is a beer that is unbalanced and not completely sure what it should be doing. Even the citrus can't really assert itself enough to salvage the beer well. No, I don't recommend sipping.
Tip-in is mild carbonation burn with orange and lemon on top of thick grains with an oat dust in the air around it. The middle is particularly smooth with the juices coming up to the front and the grains and oats just seeming to make a nice little space for them to nestle into. The finish is bitterness and grains with just a hint of the citrus while the hazy mist from the oats continues through the trail off.
Bottom Line: Drink it properly and it's pretty good.
