First sip isn't a great one. It's got a sour taste that reminds me of sorghum beers I had before. This will really have to improve in order to become a useful beer in my book. A sip tells just a small window, but the little window I have tells me this is not the best beer ever made. Perhaps a swig will make this whole experience much better.
Tip-in is slightly floral with a bit of carbonation and a whole heap of watery. It's like soda water that has a lily or something floating in it for flavor; it's distressingly not a great start, but it could probably be worse, I guess. The middle is that sour sorghum and a heavier floral hop taste. There is a lot of grain in the background and... come on, this HAS to be a wheat beer! Finish is simple floral, and a bit grainy. I would categorize this beer as "crisp," but it really kind of sucks. I had high hopes.
