The cow is upside down. This appears to be on purpose. Technically, that's what we in the country would call an... upside-down cow. We might call it a cow on its back, but I don't think I've ever seen a full-grown cow on its back. I need to ask the guy who has the farm just down the road a spell if cows do that. I have seen a calf flopping around on its back before, and I've certainly seen horses and dogs do it, but there's something about the anatomy of a cow...
Well, it's not orange. The bottle might be orange, but the drink itself is more of a very pale pink. Aside from that, it has the normal creaminess about it that I won't bore you with. From a distance, the alcohol is quite robust. As you get closer to the beverage, an orange cream aroma really seems to take over the nose. It smells particularly good, and it is quite enticing.
The first sip is not quite the orange creamsicle that I expected, but it is still very good. It's almost as if the orange creamsicle had been stuck in a blender so that the orange is absolutely infused into the cream. That's a very distinct experience on the palate compared to ice cream that's actually covered with whatever that orange substance turns out to be. The alcohol is hidden fairly well underneath it all, and the result is a delightful sipping cream that I could probably sit on the back deck and sip all night. In fact, I'm going to do just that. I'll come back whenever I'm done with it.
