The yellow beverage has a stark white head of fairly large bubbles that doesn't completely cover the top of the beer, even once it settles. There's no discernible ring around the sides of the glass, as the somewhat sloppy head in the center of the beer doesn't break up enough to define one. The aroma is slightly skunky with a wheat or honey backing of malt. It's kind of hard to tell from the smell.
First sip is kind of skunked, but it proceeds to a dull bread malt that has some honey characteristics and virtually no hops. The can proudly describes this as clean, crisp, and refreshing. I'm not sure I can agree with that assertion. It doesn't really taste all that clean or crisp. I suppose I would need a full gulp to find out if it's refreshing. The good news is, that's my next step.
Tip in has too much skunk for me to taste anything else. This is the second beer in a row I've had that has been skunked, and it is from the same month as the previous beer. I suppose it's possible the beer seller I received this from allowed one too many heat cycles before selling this beer. I'm not going to bother with the rest of the review, as it's kind of pointless. This is bad. Beer shouldn't taste like this.
Bottom Line: Skunked and bad.
