What does Lundi stand for? I have no idea. There's a little dot next to the top of the word that would seem to indicate that it was a trademark or something, but it's just a dot. It's not a TM or SM or something else that would actually indicate that something was trademark. Nope. No indication as to what it means. I can tell you that this is the second of these beers I've had in a row that has had some kind of weird, ugly tie as a background. It is starting to grow on me.
I was expecting the first sip to be fairly juicy, based on the aroma. Instead, the beer presents as a fruit flavor with a cutting dryness that levels off the whole beer before it starts to get sweet. As a result, bitterness is allowed to settle in alongside tartness for an uneven finish. Subsequent sips unveil a sweetness that is actually a very nice counterbalance to the bitterness and tartness. Is unusual for me to have a beer more than a couple sips before moving to a swig, but it seems like this beer was hiding something. Prolonged sips don't appear to be bad.
Tip-in is sweet oranges and tangerines with a mild carbonation burn. The middle erupts into a frenzy of carbonation sizzle with the orange and tangerine being joined by grapefruit, nectarine, and starfruit. The finish is a slow relaxation into a little bit of yeast combining with the fruits when bitterness and tartness rise up and slowly retard.
Bottom Line: Not a bad beverage at all.
