Please don't be what I think you're going to be. This
brewery really messed with me
last time by giving me a sour and not putting it on the label. As you can see, their labels tend to be very spartan to begin with; they are dominated by a single picture that doesn't really seem to have a whole lot to do with the beer inside, and the writing that there is on the label is particularly difficult to make out.
I've had beers with a lot of head before, so it's not all that surprising that this also has a significant amount of mixed bubbles that are stark white and covering the beverage completely. The beer underneath is a mostly clear pale yellow, and that would seem appropriate for the style of beverage. The aroma makes me fear what is coming next. It has a lemon haze of tartness and I really suspect I'm going to be hitting some sour.
First sip, and I'm going to end this review now. I don't like sour beers, I never will like sour beers, and I want you to label your beer as sour. I'm not going to buy another Omnipollo beer for as long as I live. You guys have wasted my time and money.
Bottom Line: Sour nonsense.
