If you were to tell me to describe the difference between the color of this one and the last one, I'd tell you to stop giving me orders. If I then moved on to describe the difference, I would say that this might be a touch lighter, but it retains the same orange-grapefruit juice color and texture with just as much pulp-like lacing on the sides (maybe a bit more). The aroma is similarly juices, but it has more tangerine and plum mixed into the grapefruit and orange cocktail.First sip is definitely not as balanced as the previous one. The bitterness and tartness on the back-end is vast and all-consuming. The juices that are up front feel crowded and somewhat confused. I'm not saying I don't like it, but it might be a lot better if it got some warmth in it. Right now, it is pretty darn cold, and that doesn't seem to be doing it any favors.
Tip-in is moderate carbonation swelling up to a burn while the grapefruit, orange, and tangerine spread out slowly. The middle becomes a smooth mix of the fruits with pine rising up and a bitterness and sweetness finding an uneasy truce. The finish ends that truce entirely as the bitterness brings some tart, but the bitterness runs the table and into the trail-off.
Bottom Line: Good, but not good enough to stand out.
