The pale yellow beer is a stand-out amongst other beers I've had lately. The comparatively light color is downright warm and inviting with the fairy dust of bubbles sprinkled on the top and gripping the sides like Tinkerbell herself glued them there. The aroma is grapefruit and oranges, and that's about it, but that's all I need right now.First sip is grapefruit, pineapple, papaya, grains, and a sweet-tart that seems pretty common in these NEIPAs. As a sip, I'd have to say that I would sip it all night. The meat of the fruit is well mingled with the grains, and the beer just about nails the sweet spot of texture, flavor, and still maintaining a chill-out vibe that I am really needing right now.
Tip-in is tart grapefruit, apple, orange, and grains. The middle is a fusion of all the fruits and the cracker malt into a very nice mixture that seems so nice that something bad has to happen to ruin it. The finish is a flash of tart grapefruit, starfruit, and papaya before the grainy trail-off.
Bottom Line: She's good. She's very good.
