This is a very difficult can to photograph. It has the
Fat Orange Cat customarily strange drawing style that reminds me a lot of a Shel Silverstein book for children,
Where the Sidewalk Ends (which was my favorite book as a child). So, I took a shot at it, and it turns out that the can is too reflective to see what it looks like in this light, anyway. Maybe if I was a professional photographer, I'd have set this up properly, but I'm just here to drink.

The Fat Orange Cat would approve of the hazy orange beer. The head is just enough to not be oppressive, and it is leaving lacing on the sides that is pretty impressive while the bubbles on top are an even patchwork that reminds me of a quilt. Maybe that's just because I have a friend who made me a fantastic quilt, and I'm seeing patters where they don't exist. The aroma is mango, grapefruit, orange, and a rather stiff malt.
First sip is very relaxed. I expected something very forward, but this is so laid back that I could even see this as a particularly bold
All Day IPA or the like. Well, I say particularly bold, but it would be way too strong at
7.5% ABV. The alcohol isn't particularly forward, however, and the result is a beer that is just pretty chill in a sip.
Tip-in is mango, tangerine, and oranges with a light, semi-sweet cake batter. The middle presses onward with a scaled-back flow of orange, mango, tangerine, and grapefruit. The finish is a flash of fresh oranges before the fruit juice gives way to carbonation sparkles.
Bottom Line: Who's a good kitty?
