I introduced my sister-in-law to this beer and she hasn't stopped talking about it. The way I do these reviews is that I buy a pack (in this case, a four-pack) and I set one aside for review. Usually, I don't touch the others until I review the first one, but sometimes I do. When Cede and Joe were in, I pulled these from the fridge to enjoy some of my more eclectic range with them, and Cede really enjoyed it. Let's see what I think of it.

The golden yellow beer has a thick and patchy white head that takes a bit to go down and enjoys leaving lacing along the sides of the glass. The aroma is a little funky, and it has a yeast and resin mixing with the pine and citrus fruits. The fruits are... acidic in their smell, and I think I'd prefer them to be juicy instead, but this is from space and all.
First sip is way more laid back and easy going than I expected from the smell. The beer is a little funky, a little doughy, a tad floral, a skosh citrus, and a few more layers under all that. But, like I said, it isn't overwhelming at all. Instead, it's like a complex soup of flavors well mixed and easy going when you have a sick stomach.
Tip-in is doughy bread malt with carbonation lightly sizzling while the flowers lend themselves lightly to the mix. The middle spreads out into the whole mouth to bring the citrus, yeast, and funk mix that is just about perfect with its mix of tart and bitter. The finish is a bit of pine to join flowers, and the sweet-tart taste of grapefruit and tangerine float by with a tinge of bitterness.
Bottom Line: I may go to space more often.
